For Narges, staying physically active has always been a source of strength and resilience, inspiring her journey into physiotherapy. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Iran, she gained nearly a decade of experience supporting children and adults in neurorehabilitation and orthopedics. In 2022, she moved to British Columbia to continue her work and share her expertise.
While her full name is Narges, she often goes by “Helli”—and you’re welcome to call her that!
Helli has a special passion for working with young children, particularly those under six, and feels deeply fulfilled helping little ones and their families work toward meaningful goals. She enjoys supporting children with developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal needs, including neurodivergent children, and values each child’s unique strengths and way of experiencing the world.
Her approach is especially suited to children who may need a little more patience, time, and space to feel comfortable and engaged. Helli believes meaningful progress cannot always be rushed and strives to create a supportive, playful environment where children and families feel seen, respected, and empowered.
Helli is also trained in pelvic health physiotherapy, further broadening the ways she can support her clients and families.
Outside the clinic, Helli enjoys hiking, spending time with animals, and exploring the beauty of nature.
