D’Arcy grew up in Victoria, BC, where she completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Victoria before moving to London, Ontario, to pursue her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Western University. Before becoming a physiotherapist, she spent eight years coaching figure skating and gained paediatric experience through summer camps, support work, and her role as a Client Care Coordinator at Kids Physio. Having grown up as a competitive figure skater, D’Arcy developed an appreciation for movement analysis, mobility, and the role physical activity plays in promoting health and well-being. In her spare time, you can find her on the ice, rollerblading, skateboarding, at the gym, or exploring Vancouver!
During her Master’s, D’Arcy completed a clinical placement at a children’s hospital in the UK, working with children with cerebral palsy and rare genetic conditions. This experience further strengthened her passion for paediatric physiotherapy. D’Arcy enjoys getting creative with treatment and believes physiotherapy should be fun, engaging, and meaningful. She values collaboration with children and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that fit into everyday life and support each child’s goals. She can’t wait to work with your kiddo and make physiotherapy FUN!
